Casa Comerci's Magliocco Canino Rosé Frizzante Nonsense 2022 is an organic Calabrian wine made using the Ancestral Method, which highlights the authenticity of the native grape variety. Produced in Limbadi (VV) from vineyards at 250 meters above sea level, it is hand-picked and vinified naturally: the grapes are pressed without destemming to preserve their freshness, the partially fermented must is cooled and, thanks to indigenous yeasts, undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, without added sulfites. This sparkling rosé with a genuine and lively profile expresses fresh notes of red fruit, minerality, and a vibrant acidity that makes it dynamic and thirst-quenching. At 12% ABV, it is perfect served at 10-12°C as an aperitif, with cured meats, gourmet pizzas, and light dishes. A handcrafted and contemporary label that expresses the authentic soul of Calabria's winemaking region.
