The Matan Maremma Toscana DOC 2022 – La Biagiola is a white wine that embodies the mineral identity and freshness of the Maremma Toscana DOC, made primarily from Vermentino grapes with a percentage of Viognier that enriches its aroma and structure. Produced in vineyards facing the sea and on volcanic soils, this wine reflects the mild climate and the unique composition of the area's soils, combining balance, intensity, and finesse in an elegant sip. Vinification in stainless steel and aging preserve primary aromas and freshness, resulting in a wine with a fresh and savory attack and an enveloping and persistent character. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, while on the nose, aromas of wild flowers, jasmine, citrus, and exotic notes emerge, accompanied by a touch of aromatic herbs that enriches its aromatic profile.
