The Pinot Noir La Petite Perrière – Saget La Perrière originates from the Loire Valley, an area renowned for producing elegant and authentic wines. It features a clear, brilliant ruby red color and a fresh bouquet combining notes of plum, cherry, and orange, with spicy and mineral nuances from the clay and limestone soils. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and silky, with an enveloping texture and a long, persistent finish. Vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and aged for several months on the fine lees, it preserves the fruit's fragrance. Ideal served at 15-18°C, it pairs perfectly with beef bourguignon, ossobuco, goose breast with gingered red cabbage, or veal escalopes. A typical and refined Pinot Noir, capable of expressing all the freshness and finesse of the Loire terroir.
