Fulop Vendemmia Tardiva Tokaji 2019 Fuleky
The 2019 Fulop Late Harvest Tokaji by Fuleky is born in the historic Tokaj region, a UNESCO World Heritage site and renowned for producing sweet wines with great personality. Made from Furmint grapes, it fully expresses the character of the terroir and the charm of the late harvest. In the glass, it displays a luminous golden yellow color. The aromatic profile is rich and enveloping, with hints of apricot, quince, peach, sultanas, and honey, accompanied by a delicate spice. On the palate, it is silky, soft, and creamy, with a sweetness well-balanced by freshness and a pleasant fruity finish. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels at a controlled temperature, followed by six months of aging in oak. Perfect with desserts, pastries, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C.
