Convivio Barbaresco DOCG 2022 - Bel Colle
Barbaresco DOCG Convivio 2022 – Bel Colle comes from the hills of Treiso, specifically from the Pajorè area, one of the most suitable areas for Nebbiolo. The clay-limestone soils and the low altitude offer a fine, rich, and naturally balanced fruit. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with post-fermentation maceration of 22-25 days and the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes a long aging process: 24 months in large oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby color, with a bouquet reminiscent of small red fruits, plums, and cherries. The palate is velvety and balanced, supported by a pleasant acidity that accompanies a harmonious finish. A Barbaresco that focuses on balance rather than strength, faithful to the tradition of the denomination and designed to best express the finesse of Nebbiolo di Treiso.
