Chambave Muscat Valle d'Aosta DOC 2022 by La Vrille is a dry and aromatic white wine, produced from 100% Muscat Petit Grain grapes grown at 650 m above sea level in the Verrayes vineyards, on sandy slopes of morainic origin. Vinified in steel with cold skin maceration, it ages for 8 months on the fine lees with frequent bâtonnage, followed by 4 months in the bottle. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it opens on the nose with notes of apricot, sage, thyme and peach. On the palate it is dry, consistent, fresh and delicately alcoholic, with a harmonious and pleasant structure. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, white meats, sweet cheeses such as Fontina and light soups. A fine and territorial mountain white, which conquers with elegance and personality.
