The Sauvignon Campo Napoleone 2024 by Albino Armani is a white wine with a strong character, typical of the grape variety. It has a pale straw yellow color. On the nose it releases intense aromas of tomato leaf, green pepper, sage and elderflower. On the palate it is full, rounded and consistent with the olfactory sensations, with a mineral and persistent finish. Grown in Trentino vineyards on morainic soils, it is vinified with cold maceration and aging on the yeasts. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with vegetables, asparagus, pesto and seafood dishes.
