The Belle Schiava Frizzante sui Lieviti 2021 M.F. BIO by Francesco Poli is an organic wine made from the ancient Trentino Schiava grape, interpreted in a fresh and contemporary way. It presents a bright and lively pink hue that immediately captures the attention. On the nose, it releases delicate and fragrant aromas of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by nuances of ripe cherry and light notes of brioche, which enrich the bouquet. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with a crisp freshness balanced by softness and juicy fruit that makes the sip agile and pleasantly thirst-quenching. Its natural bubbles enhance the fruity component and provide a persistent and fragrant finish. The grapes, grown using organic practices and harvested by hand, are vinified with soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation in the bottle on the lees, according to the ancestral method, preserves its authenticity and vivacity, making it a sincere and essential sparkling wine.
