Cascina Fonda's Moscato Canelli DOCG Bel Fiore 2024 is an aromatic sweet wine of extraordinary finesse. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it releases an intense floral bouquet of orange blossom, rose petals, jasmine and fresh notes of peach and citrus. In the mouth it is harmonious and velvety, with a sweetness balanced by a lively acidity that enhances its structure. Fermented in steel to preserve freshness and fragrance, it is perfect in combination with baked desserts, tarts, dried fruit and blue cheeses. Serving temperature: 6–8°C.
