Made of 3 mm thick non-stick aluminum, it is equipped with 2 sturdy 18/10 stainless steel handles and stands out for its extraordinary ability to spread heat evenly, reducing cooking times and improving performance.The SharkSkin PFOA free non-stick inner lining allows for healthier and lighter cooking without the addition of oils or fats. Resistant to shock, abrasion and thermal shock, the pan is ideal for roasting, braising and stewing, especially meat and vegetables, offering great control during cooking.
Compatible with gas, electric and glass-ceramic cooktops, not suitable for induction. Not dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick qualities.
