Ideal for gas cooktops, it comes complete with a flame diffuser and baking trays, and features the characteristic side porthole that allows for easy monitoring of cooking without having to lift the lid.
Always a faithful companion of housewives, the Estense oven represents a versatile and economical solution for preparing bread, focaccia, cakes, pizzas, vegetables, and roasts with even cooking, similar to that of a traditional oven, but with significant energy savings. The iron flame diffuser should not be washed to avoid rust but kept slightly oiled.
