The Agnelli 18/10 stainless steel Casserole with two handles is ideal for boiling, immersion cooking, and bain-marie preparations. Available in eleven sizes, from Ø16cm (2.4L) to Ø60cm (107.4L), it is perfect for both intensive home use and professional catering. Thanks to the quality of the stainless steel, it guarantees strength, hygiene, and durability. The ferritic steel base makes it compatible with induction, gas, electric, and glass-ceramic hobs, and is also oven-safe. It does not absorb odors or flavors, is corrosion-resistant, and is dishwasher-safe. Also ideal for cold marinating or preparing brines, this casserole distributes heat evenly through liquids. Remember: add salt only when boiling and stir well to preserve the integrity of the steel. Direct dry cooking is not recommended; liquid-based preparations are preferred to avoid thermal shock and always achieve optimal results.
