Its distinctive feature is the full handle, with a tapered and continuous shape, designed to offer a solid, natural, and perfectly balanced grip, while enhancing the knife's presence on the table. The smooth blade, forged from stainless steel, is designed to cut smoothly and precisely through any type of meat, accompanying the action without tearing or resistance, and proves equally effective on structured fish steaks such as tuna and swordfish. Each blade is hand-sharpened according to the Berti artisanal method, a three-step process that defines an edge geometry designed for daily use and for progressive and controlled wear, capable of maintaining consistent performance over time. The full tang ensures structural continuity between blade and handle, guaranteeing solidity, stability, and the correct weight distribution typical of high-end artisan cutlery.
