The Cirò Rosato DOC 2024 Bio from Cantine Scala is made from 100% Gaglioppo grapes, grown organically on the Calabrian hills. A deep and luminous pink, it opens on the nose with elegant floral notes of wisteria and a fruity bouquet of raspberry, pomegranate, and strawberry. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and dynamic, with balance and persistence that make it extremely versatile at the table. At 13.5% ABV, it is perfect served at 12-14°C for aperitifs, dinners with friends, or informal gatherings. It pairs magnificently with meat-based appetizers, pizza, cured meats, and savory pies, enhancing conviviality. Cantine Scala, active since the 17th century and now led by Luigi Scala, passionately carries on the Calabrian winemaking tradition, elevating Cirò Rosato to a symbol of excellence and authenticity.
