The Pinot Noir Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2021 – Tenuta Brunnenhof is an elegant red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the renowned Mazzon area of Alto Adige. Ruby red in color with light garnet reflections, it is distinguished by intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and plums, accompanied by deep mineral notes and hints of tobacco and flint, an expression of the Alpine terroir. Aging includes fermentation in wood and extended aging in barrels, which imparts structure, softness, and balanced tannins with an elegant persistence. On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh, and complex, with a long and refined finish, perfect for those who appreciate wines of character with fine flavor dynamics. The alcohol content of 14.0% contributes to a full yet balanced palate. This Pinot Noir Riserva is ideal with red meats, game, roasts, aged cheeses, cured meats, and meat-based pasta dishes, enhancing their rich and intense flavors. Serve at 16 – 18°C to enhance its aromas and structure.
