Long Turn Moscato D'Asti DOCG 2025 - Bel Colle
Moscato d’Asti DOCG “Turna Lunga” 2025 – Bel Colle comes from the historic vineyard planted in 1961 in Valdivilla, a hill that is difficult to work but capable of producing a fruit of rare intensity. The rows, facing east and south between 280 and 360 meters, are rooted in calcareous-sandy soils and are cultivated without herbicides or systemic treatments. Production is deliberately limited to concentrate the typical aromas of Moscato Bianco di Canelli. The harvest takes place in August, strictly by hand, with carbonic snow to preserve integrity and freshness. Vinification takes place in the absence of oxygen, and the slow, controlled fermentation at 15°C uses indigenous yeasts obtained from a pied de cuve from the same vineyard. In the glass, it appears straw yellow with a light perlage; on the nose, acacia honey, lime blossom, sage, and ripe fruit emerge. The sip is sweet but balanced, supported by a pleasant acidity that makes the drink smooth and clean.

Traditional winemaking techniques, indigenous yeasts, and long aging in large barrels define a simple, clean, and elegant style. Each wine strives to offer an authentic interpretation of the vintage and the identity of each individual area.
