Palazzo's Iride Rosato Toscana IGT 2023 is a Sangiovese rosé made from carefully harvested grapes in the early hours of the morning, when the grapes are still fresh with dew. Vinified without skins with just eight hours of contact, it retains precision, crispness, and a delicate acidity. Citrus and floral notes emerge on the nose, while the palate closes with a gentle hint of black cherry. The predominantly sandy soils and the 1980 vineyard contribute to a simple, fresh, and well-defined profile. A modern Tuscan rosé, ideal with appetizers, light first courses, fish, vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes.

Palazzo's history began in 1983, when Cosimo Loia discovered an estate already bearing his wife Antonietta's surname. From that encounter, a family project was born, uniting vineyard, winery, and organic farming since 1986. On 4.2 hectares, the Loia-Palazzo family works with respect, care, and continuity, overseeing every stage from the vineyard to the aging process.
