Made from 100% Teroldego, it expresses notes of red and black berries, light spices, and a freshness that accompanies the sip from start to finish. On the palate, it is smooth yet well-defined, with measured tannins and a clean finish that makes it very versatile at the table. The 0.75 L format is ideal with cured meats, flavorful pasta dishes, white meats, roasts, and local cuisine. Serve at 16-18°C. A direct, territorial, and well-constructed red from the Dolomites.
