The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Colline Teramane DOCG Apollo 2021 BIO by Ausonia is an authentic red wine, produced in Atri according to the principles of biodynamics. Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, it ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and ages in stainless steel, preserving the identity of the grape variety and the territory. It presents an intense ruby red color; on the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, and licorice emerge, while on the palate it offers freshness, savoriness, and soft tannins. Versatile in pairings, it accompanies pasta dishes with meat sauces, roasts, cold cuts, and semi-aged cheeses. A natural and territorial wine, a pure expression of Montepulciano from the Colline Teramane.
