The die-cast aluminum body and base provide solidity, while the 4.8-liter stainless steel bowl with handle allows you to work large quantities: up to 12 egg whites, 1 liter of cream, 1.9 kg of bread or pizza dough, and 2.6 kg of cake dough, according to the technical specifications. The 800-watt direct-drive motor, planetary action, and 10 electronically controlled speeds help manage a variety of preparations, from light whipping to heavier doughs. The Smooth Start function reduces splashing at start-up, while Steady Mix maintains a more constant speed under load. A stainless steel wire whisk, flat beater, and aluminum dough hook are included, as well as a Tritan Renew pouring shield. The sleek, compact 50s-style design makes it a classic on the kitchen countertop.
