The Quattro Stagioni jar from Bormioli Rocco is a versatile 378 cl wide-mouth container, ideal for a range of preservation methods. Perfect for pickling, salting and preserving in alcohol, it is also suitable for fermentation. Crafted to ensure an airtight seal, it offers safety in food preservation. Easily dishwasher safe, the jar is compatible with microwave use, but only without the cap. To maintain the integrity of the cap, we recommend hand washing without detergents.
