Grown on soils rich in blue clay and limestone, this organic blend (90% Fiano and 10% Malvasia Aromatica) exudes intense floral notes of broom and white flowers, with hints of acacia honey and a mineral touch that enhances its personality. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and persistent, with a vibrant and clean finish. Vinified with spontaneous fermentation, without added sulphites and aged for 10 months on fine lees, it reflects the maximum terroir of Campania.
