Trentenare Paestum IGP Fiano 2024 San Salvatore 1988
Trentenare 2024 is a pure Fiano signed San Salvatore 1988, produced in the Capaccio-Paestum area, Cannito locality. Cultivated at 150–210 m above sea level on clayey-calcareous soils, it is vinified and aged exclusively in steel to preserve all the freshness and expressiveness of the grape variety. In the glass it appears bright straw yellow. The bouquet is rich and multifaceted, with hints of peach, yellow plum, fig, broom, mandarin, hawthorn, sage and thyme. In the mouth it is elegant and dynamic, with a fresh, soft, silky and well-balanced sip, which closes with a savoury and persistent finish. Ideal to enjoy with buffalo mozzarella, roasted fish or white meats. A white wine with character, an authentic ambassador of Cilento, capable of combining territoriality, refinement and contemporary drinkability.
