The 2024 Nebbiolo Langhe Viù from Cascina Carlòt is a Piedmontese red wine with an elegant and decisive profile, made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on sandy and clayey soils. It has an intense ruby red color, while the nose reveals aromas of violets, ripe red fruits, and light mineral nuances. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and velvety, with fine tannins and a balanced structure that enhances the grape's complexity. Aging in stainless steel preserves its freshness and aromatic immediacy. It is a versatile and harmonious wine, ideal with red meats, roasts, game, or aged cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18°C to fully appreciate its depth and elegance.
