Encry is the only Italian-owned Champagne house registered with the CIVC, founded by Enrico Baldin and Nadia Nicoli. Located in the renowned Grand Cru of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Encry stands out for its production of around 27,000 bottles per year. Its wines include the Blanc de Blancs Zéro Dosage, the Grand Rosé and the Millésime, known for their elegance and purity. Vinification without malolactic fermentation and a minimum aging of 36 months on the lees guarantee exceptional quality.
