Champagne AOC Reserve Brut - B. Martin
Champagne AOC Riserva Brut – B. Martin is a cuvée made from a classic blend of the region: 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, sourced primarily from the Vallée du Petit Morin and the Côte des Blancs. After the first fermentation, the wine rests for approximately 24 months on the lees in the bottle, before continuing to age in the cellar for a few months after disgorgement. In the glass, it appears a pale blush color with a fine, continuous perlage. On the nose, it offers an expressive bouquet, dominated by fresh fruit and delicate accents. The palate is soft, pure, and elegant, with a roundness that does not sacrifice freshness and precision. The B. Martin line celebrates the work of Brigitte Martin, part of the Bergère family, winemakers since 1848. A bottle designed to enhance the Maison's terroir, reinterpreted with a contemporary style capable of combining balance and immediacy.

The House grew under Albert Bergère, then André and Brigitte Martin, until its current leadership, led by Adrien Bergère, who strives to enhance the character of each terroir. Vinification in stainless steel and barrique, the careful use of liqueurs, and sustainable agricultural management define an elegant and precise style. The B.
