Poderi Colla's Riesling Langhe DOC 2023 is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Piedmont, Italy, from 100% Rhine Riesling, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an elegant nose of mountain flowers, a pervasive and continuous minerality, and a citrusy fullness. On the palate, it offers acidic flavor, complexity, volume, and length. The manual harvest enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed, decanted for 24 hours at 8-10°C, racked, and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 20-22°C, without malolactic fermentation, before being stored. Natural refrigeration in winter, bottling in spring, and aging in bottle for several months before bottling.
