Re Nero Pinot Noir Piemonte DOC 2022 BIO by L’Autin is born at the foot of Monviso, in a mountain setting where Pinot Noir finds freshness, tension, and an original interpretation of Piedmont. The nose recalls cherry, small red fruits, light spices, and notes of undergrowth. The palate is soft, full, and warm, supported by an elegant tannin that defines its character without weighing it down. It ages for six months in small oak barrels and rests for at least another six months in the cellar after bottling. A fine and territorial organic red, ideal with red meats, structured dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
