Vallagarina offers ideal conditions for subtle, fresh wines with good aromatic precision, capable of enhancing the finer aspects of the grape variety. In the glass, it expresses itself with balance, drinkability, and a delicate yet present structure, designed for those who prefer understated, territorial, and gastronomic reds. Served at 16-18°C, it pairs well with white meats, light roasts, cured meats, mushrooms, medium-aged cheeses, and Alpine or contemporary cuisine. An interesting bottle for an introduction to Italian Pinot Noir.
