Cros Del Mont Gewurztraminer Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2024 di Pravis nasce nei vigneti di Lasino, a circa 500 metri di altitudine, su terreni ricchi di dolomia e carbonati che conferiscono eleganza e mineralità. Dopo una breve macerazione a freddo, le uve vengono pressate delicatamente e il vino fermenta in acciaio a temperatura controllata, con un affinamento di circa cinque mesi in vasca. Il risultato è un Gewurztraminer intenso ma armonioso, dal colore giallo dorato e dal bouquet ricco di frutta tropicale, pesca selvatica, petali di rosa e spezie dolci. In bocca è caldo, fresco e sapido, con una piacevole persistenza che accompagna il finale. Ottimo con cucina asiatica, crostacei, formaggi erborinati e piatti speziati, esprime al meglio la personalità del Traminer coltivato tra le Dolomiti.
