Clòde Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2022 from Cascina Carlot is an elegant and refined wine, ruby red in color with garnet highlights. The nose offers intense and delicate notes of violet, spice, and ripe fruit, while the palate is dry, soft, and harmonious, with perfect balance. Vinified with 10-15 days of maceration in stainless steel, it ages for 4 months in vats, 11-12 months in wood, and 12 months in bottle, without filtration. Ideal with fresh pasta, risotto, game, and aged cheeses. Serve at 17-18°C, uncorking the bottle beforehand.
