Chianti Classico DOCG 2019 - Fattoria Di Rodàno
Chianti Classico DOCG 2019 Magnum – Fattoria di Rodàno comes from 21 hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. The blend combines the character of Sangiovese (90%) with the depth of Colorino and Canaiolo. The organically grown grapes are hand-picked and vinified without selected yeasts, with long 25-day macerations and frequent pumping over. Aged for 24 months in large barrels, a choice that favors elegance and authenticity. In the glass, it opens with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, small red fruits and nuances of herbs and earth, supported by a silky and continuous structure. The Magnum enhances balance, depth and aging potential, maintaining its connection with the limestone terroir of Rodàno. A Chianti Classico that combines tradition, artisanal precision and a contemporary interpretation of Sangiovese.

Fattoria di Rodàno is located in Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of the appellation. Owned by the Pozzesi family for four generations, the estate manages 34 hectares of certified organic vineyards. All practices, from pruning to manual harvest, respect the character of the territory. Fermentations are spontaneous, technology is minimized, and aging occurs in large casks and cement. Rodàno interprets Chianti Classico with authenticity, balance and strong local identity.
