Bianchi Grilli per la Testa Pecorino Abruzzo DOC 2024 Bio from Torre dei Beati is an experimental and distinctive white wine that takes Pecorino towards a deeper and more nuanced interpretation. The grapes come from a vineyard at 300 meters on clay-limestone soil, with manual harvesting and selection in the vineyard. Vinification in barriques and nine months on the lees broaden the grape variety's profile, combining pronounced acidity and minerality with roundness and complexity. The result is an intense, balsamic, and medicinal wine that acquires depth and authenticity with aging. An organic white wine that transcends the most obvious linearity, designed for those seeking substance, tension, and a strong territorial imprint.
