The Salvatore Ferrandes Farm, located on the island of Pantelleria in Sicily, represents excellence in the Italian wine scene. This family-run winery stands out for its organic cultivation on fascinating terraces and for the production of the renowned Passito di Pantelleria. Using Moscato di Alessandria (Zibibbo) grapes dried in the sun, the wines are fermented in small tanks and aged for a long time in a charming 17th-century dammuso, guaranteeing a product of unparalleled quality.
