Insubrico Metodo Classico Pas Dosé - Tenute Sella
Insubrico is born along the Insubric Line, a geological formation crossing Upper Piedmont and separating the northern and southern Alps. Here, Nebbiolo grows on volcanic soils, Pliocene sands, and kaolinitic clays, with acidic pH and distinctive climatic conditions. The grapes come from historic vineyards in Bramaterra, Lessona, and Coste della Sesia, with an average vine age of 45 years. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel at 15°C, followed by bottle refermentation and 36 months of aging on the lees, without final dosage.
