Greco di Tufo DOCG Le Arcaie comes from a small, high-hill vineyard located in Montefusco, approximately 700 meters above sea level, where tuffaceous soils and significant temperature variations contribute to an elegant and structured profile. Made from 100% Greco di Tufo grapes, it displays a luminous golden yellow color. The bouquet is intense and complex, with notes of apricot, yellow peach, and cinnamon that, as it matures, give way to nuances of ginger and elderflower. On the palate, it is minerally, fresh, and enveloping, with a long, consistent finish that faithfully reflects the character of the terroir. Vinified in steel and barrique, aged on the lees for 4–6 months, it is a white wine with great personality, ideal paired with seafood and blue cheeses.
