The ZWILLING Pure deep frying pan in 18/10 stainless steel combines a three-layer construction, CERAFORCE Black ceramic nonstick coating, and a contemporary look, available in gray or green. The stainless steel body with three-layer technology ensures rapid, even heat distribution and retention, helping you cook precisely and consistently. The PFAS-free coating is designed for excellent nonstick properties and is more durable than previous ZWILLING ceramics. The outer coating is abrasion-resistant, the Stay Cool silicone handle improves grip, and the pan is dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 180°C.
