Made from 100% Cabernet Franc, it grows in a mountainous setting and showcases the varietal with an intense yet well-balanced profile, combining ripe red fruit, herbaceous nuances, fine spices, and a freshness that accompanies the entire progression of the flavors. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and consistent, with present yet well-ordered tannins and a persistent finish. The 0.75 L format makes it suitable for cured meats, roasts, ragù, legumes, and red meats. Serve at 16-18°C. A profound and original Trentino Cabernet Franc, capable of standing out for its tension, cleanliness, and personality.
