Brigaldara's Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2024 interprets the more structured and mature side of the appellation without sacrificing precision and drinkability. Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella come from the San Pietro vineyards, between 150 and 250 meters above sea level, on clay-loam soils. Manual harvesting in crates, lengthy fermentation with frequent pumping over, and aging in 25-hl barrels, followed by six months in bottle, create a red wine that is deeper than classic Valpolicella. The color is intense ruby, the nose evokes ripe fruit and spices, while the palate displays good body, well-managed texture, and a savory finish that prolongs the sip. A clean, solid, and gastronomic Superiore, faithful to Brigaldara's rigorous style.

Brigaldara is a story of family, territory, and vision. Since 1929, the Cesari family has owned the San Floriano villa, and since 1979 has transformed winemaking into a project that defines the identity of Valpolicella. Expansion into the most suitable municipalities has allowed them to enhance Corvina and Corvinone with precision and character. With 47 hectares of vineyards, Brigaldara produces robust, elegant wines that are faithful to the Veronese tradition.
