Turchetta Veneto IGT 2021 BIO – Carezzabella is an organic red wine that expresses the identity of a native Veneto grape variety, rediscovered and passionately promoted. Made from 100% Turchetta, a local black grape variety rarely found outside the Polesine area, it stands out for its intense ruby red color and fruity aromatic profile with notes of blackberry, dark berries, and hints of foliage, accompanied by delicate hints of spice and cocoa that enrich the palate. On the palate, it offers a captivating and persistent finish, with an intriguing structure and good tannins that lend balance and openness to aging, qualities uncommon in Polesine wines. Fermentation in steel tanks and organic vineyard management reflect Carezzabella's focus on the naturalness of the product and the transparency of its winemaking techniques.  Overall, the 2021 Turchetta BIO represents an opportunity to explore an authentic expression of the terroir, where the grape variety emerges with character and personality. Thanks to its structure and restrained freshness, it pairs successfully with red meat dishes, game, roasts, cured meats, and meat-based pasta dishes, but can also surprise with flavorful, traditional Venetian dishes. Serve at 16-18°C to enhance its aromas and dynamic flavors.
