Sto Fuori Timorasso Langhe DOC 2025 by Virna Borgogno is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Piedmont, Italy, from Timorasso grapes, its profile is consistent with the varietal and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a bright straw yellow color, with citrus aromas of grapefruit, pear, and flint on the nose. On the palate, it is savory and taut, with increasing mineral notes and a lingering fresh finish that recalls the aroma. The calcareous-clayey soil supports structure, freshness, and a precise flavor. Harvested at the end of September, it enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, it undergoes soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. It remains on the lees and fine lees until bottling.
