Olio Extra Vergine D'Oliva 2025 - Torre Dei Beati
The 2025 Torre Dei Beati Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an Italian oil artisanally produced in Abruzzo, obtained from hand-picked olives and cold-pressed to preserve their organoleptic characteristics. The main cultivars include Leccio del Corno and Dritta, with a touch of Leccino and traditional varieties, according to local tradition. The result is an oil with a clear straw-green color and a medium fruity sensory profile, with clean notes of almond, artichoke, green apple, and hints of tomato that express themselves with balance and freshness on the nose and palate. This extra virgin olive oil is ideal both for everyday use raw on salads, grilled vegetables, bruschetta, and soups, and for enriching more structured Mediterranean dishes with delicate yet defined flavors. Every production phase reflects Torre Dei Beati's commitment to combining care for the land and selected olives, respecting sustainable methods and avoiding chemical treatments in their olive groves. A product that expresses Abruzzo with authenticity and culinary versatility, an expression of the microclimate and hilly terrain of Loreto Aprutino.
