Nebbiolo Barolo Del Comune di Monforte DOCG 2021 by Conterno Diego is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete bottle. Made in Piedmont, Italy, from Nebbiolo, its profile is consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a garnet red color with orange highlights and an intense and persistent aroma. The medium-textured clay soil, with the presence of tuff and calcareous marl, supports structure, freshness, and a precise flavor. Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, the cap is submerged for 30 days. In 25/50 hl oak barrels for 20/22 months, in concrete for 8 months, and in bottle for 6 months.
