Majoli Rosato Coste della Sesia DOC 2025 by Tenute Sella is a rosé made from pure Nebbiolo grapes grown between Villa del Bosco and Lessona, on acidic soils of porphyritic volcanic sand and marine sand. Vinification without skin maceration, with stabling, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, and bâtonnage (stirring), yields a fine and precise wine, crafted to enhance freshness and flavor. The palate is delicate but not thin, with elegant notes and a flavorful tension that makes it highly versatile. Five months in stainless steel with manual bâtonnage (stirring) refine its profile, maintaining its vitality and clarity. A clean and contemporary rosé from Alto Piemonte, capable of combining lightness, character, and great pairing ease.
