Accademia Lagofusion High Induction Pan In Steel
The Accademia Lagofusion® pan by Lagostina is a high-performance tool designed for everyday cooking. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a 5-layer structure (steel-aluminum-steel + Lagofusion® base), it guarantees excellent, even and constant heat distribution, both on the bottom and sides.
It heats up faster than traditional pans and maintains a stable temperature, reducing cooking times and improving cooking results. The base is compatible with all hobs, including induction, and is designed to prevent food from sticking. The pouring rim makes it easy to pour liquids, while the riveted handles ensure a stable grip even under heavy use.
Dishwasher-safe and oven-safe, it is covered by a 25-year warranty.
