Traditional distillation preserves the varietal's aromatic integrity, resulting in an elegant and harmonious aroma with notes of ripe fruit, delicate floral nuances, and light spices that intertwine with deeper aromas derived from aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, the grappa is smooth and enveloping, with a balanced structure and a persistence that accompanies a pleasant and refined tasting. The amber color with golden highlights reflects the time spent in wood, which rounds out the aromatic profiles without overpowering them. With an alcohol content of 45% vol, this spirit lends itself to meditative tastings at the end of a meal, pairing effortlessly with dark chocolate, dry pastries, dried fruit, and aged cheeses.
