Discover We will play with Fiori Abruzzo DOC 2024, an organic Pecorino of Torre dei Beati from 100% native grapes, grown on the first reliefs of the Gran Sasso in clay-limestone soils. The nose opens with elegant hints of pear, white flowers and honey notes, enhanced by fresh herbs such as sage and rosemary. The mouthfeel is soft but vibrant, with a perfect balance between juicy acidity and lively minerality, and a long and stimulating finish.
