Ghirada Gurguruò Rosso Barbagia IGT 2023 BIO by Vikevike is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete bottle. Made in Sardinia, Italy, from Cannonau, its profile is consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. It offers an elegant and easy-drinking wine, reflecting the Mamoiada terroir 100% of its value. Harvested at the end of September, it highlights a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation takes place in 50 hl conical wooden barrels. Maceration lasts 20 days. Maturation: 18 months in 500-liter oak barrels, 3/4 used. Bottle aging: at least 6 months. It is a suitable choice for refined everyday dining, restaurants, and for those who wish to purchase wine online with clear information on origin, grape variety, and serving style. Serve at 16°C - 18°C.
