Fiorduva Furore White Costa d'Amalfi DOC 2023 Marisa Cuomo
De Fiorduva Furore Bianco Costa d’Amalfi DOC 2023 van Marisa Cuomo is een van de beroemdste witte wijnen van de Amalfikust en een symbool van de heroïsche wijnbouw van Furore. Hij is ontstaan uit de combinatie van zeldzame inheemse druivenrassen – Fenile, Ginestra en Ripoli – geteeld op steile terrassen met uitzicht op zee, tot 500 meter boven zeeniveau, op mineraalrijke Dolomietbodems. De wijnstokken, waarvan vele van vóór de druifluis en ongeënt, produceren druiven met een buitengewone aromatische concentratie. Na de handmatige oogst fermenteert en rijpt de wijn ongeveer zes maanden op de droesem in roestvrij staal, waardoor de frisheid en integriteit behouden blijven en de wijn verrijkt wordt met complexe nuances.
De wijn heeft een helder strogele kleur en biedt in de neus een rijk bouquet van citrus, tropisch fruit, witte bloemen en tonen van mediterraan struikgewas, met een delicate minerale en zoute noot. In de mond is de wijn vol, evenwichtig en aanhoudend, met een slok die frisheid, hartige smaak en zachtheid in perfecte harmonie combineert. De wijn is veelzijdig te combineren en past elegant bij vis- en schaaldiergerechten, risotto met zeevruchten, delicaat wit vlees en verse kazen.
De Fiorduva 2023 is een witte wijn die in elke slok de essentie van de Amalfikust weet te vangen: zon, zee en rotsen transformeren in emoties, wat het prestige van wijnhuis Marisa Cuomo als uitstekende vertolker van het gebied bevestigt.
