The Etza Müller Thurgau Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2024 BIO – Radoar is an organic Italian white wine made from Müller Thurgau vineyards on the sunny slopes of the Vigneti delle Dolomiti in Trentino-Alto Adige. The hand-picked and carefully vinified grapes produce a pale yellow wine with golden highlights and an elegant, multifaceted aromatic profile, characterized by notes of melon, quince jelly, dried banana, hay, and subtle nuances of spice and vanilla, also derived from part of the oak aging. On the palate, it is soft, minerally, and well-balanced, with vibrant acidity and a sensation of freshness that make it extremely pleasant and versatile. The alcohol content of approximately 12% supports the structure without overpowering the drinkability, while the typical minerality of the terroir enhances the overall flavor.  This organic Müller Thurgau is suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to seafood, shellfish, risotto, and delicate soups. Serving it at 8–10°C (46–50°F) allows you to fully appreciate its aromatics and flavor dynamics.  Radoar's production approach combines modern winemaking techniques with a deep focus on biodynamics and agricultural sustainability, ensuring a wine that expresses the Alpine terroir with balance and personality.
